Carissa Broadbent

Carissa Broadbent has been alarming teachers and parents with her ruthlessly grim tales since she was about nine years old. Since then, her stories have become slightly less depressing and hopefully much more readable. Today, she writes novels that combine epic fantasy plots with a generous amount of romance. She resides in Rhode Island with her husband, her son, and one perpetually skeptical cat.
